If you are wishing to use your NDIS funding, we'd love to assist you in this process. There may be an opportunity to use your funding to purchase William Ready products, if you are self managed or plan managed. However we recommend you seek advice if required from your support coordinator and plan manager if you aren't sure.
***Please include your NDIS participants full name and NDIS number in either the comments box at check out OR as part of the billing details when checking out. This is NOW an NDIS requirement!!!
Self-Managed have 2 Options :
1. Order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options.
You submit your invoice /receipt to NDIA yourself. As we receive payment upfront we send the items out immediately. Express shipping is recommended.
2. Pay LATER option
Select the NDIS self managed payment method at checkout. This is a PAY LATER option, to allow you to draw down first.
The PDF link for your invoice to forward to NDIA for payment to yourself will be included in your order confirmation email sent after checking out.
Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes payment details for you. We would love you to send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) advising payment has been made including your order number & or name on invoice.
As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number. We recommend Express shipping.
Agency Plan Managed:
In this case, the Plan Manager/ 3 Party Agency pays us directly for resources.
There are 2 EASY options ...
A) Select items & head to checkout. Then, at checkout, select the alternate payment method "NDIS Plan Managed" - this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.
The invoice link for you to forward to your plan manager for payment will be in your order confirmation email sent after checking out. You then email your plan manager this invoice for payment. It includes payment details for them.
AS soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.
B) Email email@example.com with
- the items you would like
- name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice
- delivery address and name & contact phone number
- email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to.
- We will also email you a copy
