Limited range of products are available for shipping to the United States.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges of unused products (in original packaging) within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• End of line or runout discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (which includes not being filled with water)
If the product is faulty, we will replace or refund the product. We may ask for some basic checks to ensure the product is in fact faulty, and may also request for the product to be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request
2. Advise the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. After receiving confirmation from us with the delivery address, please send your goods back
4. We’ll then process your request.
